Guwahati, July 18: Rotary Club of Guwahati Luit and Chetna Ladies Club, in association with Lymphoma Support Group India (LSGI), will be organising a free health check-up camp for cancer patients. The camp is scheduled to take place on July 30, from 1:00 pm onwards at Lions Eye Hospital in Chattribari.
The health camp aims to provide much-needed medical assistance and support to cancer patients. The event will be graced by the presence of Dr Rahul Bhargava, principal director of Hemato Oncology at Fortis Hospital, Gurugram, who will preside over the camp. Dr Bhargava, renowned for his expertise in stem cell transplant and with over 20 years of experience, will be visiting Assam for the first time.
