Russian tourist duped by Dibrugarh youth, files complaint in Guwahati

Guwahati, Reports from Guwahati on Monday revealed a distressing incident involving foreign tourists. A Russian tourist was reportedly duped, leading to a loss of his cash.

The alleged scam, orchestrated by a local youth named Ashish Sharma from Dibrugarh, resulted in the tourist losing Rs 11,700.
