Search Operation For Pranjal Moran’s Body

MARGHERITA, April 3: Assam Inspector General of Police (IGP) Jitmal Doley on Monday visited Tirap Colliery in search of body of Pranjal Moran who has been missing for more than 1 month.

Pranjal Moran who belongs to Hukoni village of Makum under Tinsukia came at Tirap Colliery to work as a daily wage worker but suddenly he died due to landslide and was missing and till today his corpse was not received by his family members.

Jitmal Doley was accompanied by Margherita police station officer in charge Pratap Gogoi, Ledo outpost in-charge Jyotish Phukan and a large number of SDRF and NDRF force.

Today’s operation was not successful due to bad weather but Jitmal Doley assured that investigation shall continue till than Pranjal Moran corpse get recovered.
