GUWAHATI, Feb 4: ‘Star Roof’, one of the most trusted brands in roofing under Raj Roofing, was awarded with the prestigious ‘Kaziranga Awards 2024’ in a colourful ceremony organised by Inspire Group at Rukmini Nagar Auditorium in Guwahati. In the presence of renowned Assamese actress Chetna Das and many other dignitaries, this award was presented to the director of Raj Roofing and young entrepreneur Devanand Singh by Inspire Group CMD Dipjyoti Sharma and chief advisor Imdad Ali. Star Roof received this award in the ‘Most Trusted Color Coated Roofing Sheets’ category for North East India.
Devanand Singh, associated with the field of roofing for the last three decades, was inspired by Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s Make in India initiative. Two years ago, under Raj Roofing, he launched the ‘Star Roof’ brand in Assam and the entire North East region. He believes that this initiative will provide better and more durable roofing sheets at affordable rates to the people of Assam and the North East region.
