Toilet block inaugurated

DIPHU, Oct 30: Under Civic Action Programme- 2023-24, one
toilet block ( two toilets and two urinals) with septic tank and
overhead 1000 litres plastic water storage tank has been
constructed by 20 Bn, CRPF at Netaji Subhash Chandra Bose
Awasiya Vidyalaya, Khatkhati, Bokajan in Karbi Anglong
district of Assam, which has been inaugurated by Anil Bisht,
DIGP Range CRPF Khatkhati in presence of Swarn Singh,
Commandant20 Bn CRPF; T Thongkhan Lal (2-I/C, GC KKT);
Thangahan Lal (2-I/C, 155 Bn) and Nabin Kispotte
(Superintendent).
The teachers and students of the including officers and
Jawans of 20 th  Battalion, CRPF were also present. The
The Toilet block has been donated to the school to meet the
needs of the students.
20 Bn. CRPF under the aegis of IG (OPS) Jorhat Sector has
been carrying out Civic Action Programme for the welfare
and essential requirement of poor people, students and
youths in the area of Karbi Anglong like construction of toilet
block, installation of solar street light, sports activity and free
medical camp by providing  free medicines and health check-
up.
