GUWAHATI, Dec 26: The Guwahati Realtors Association (GRA) on Friday organised GRATITUDE 2025, a premier Realtors Summit in Guwahati, aimed at strengthening the real estate ecosystem in Assam and the wider Northeast while underlining the growing role of realtors in the region’s development.
A key attraction of the summit was a panel discussion on “Real Estate in Assam 2030 and the Contribution of Realtors in this Journey”, which brought together leading voices from the sector, including PK Sharma, Sumanth Reddy, Pulak Chamaria, Ajay Jagati and senior architect Santosh Banka.
The discussion focused on future growth prospects, policy alignment and the evolving contribution of organised real estate professionals in Assam.
The summit was graced by Amit Chopra, President of National Association of Realtors India, as the chief guest, while Association of Real Estate Industry Development Association President PK Sharma attended as the guest of honour. Proceedings included ceremonial lamp lighting, sponsor presentations and the panel discussion.
The event was led by Guwahati Realtors Association office bearers—President Gaurav Agarwal, Secretary Abhimanyu Modi, Treasurer Pabitra Deka—along with Event Chairman Rahul Jain.
GRATITUDE 2025 was supported by title sponsor Infinity Group and co-sponsor Jagati Group.
On the sidelines of the summit, GRA also hosted the 78th National Governing Body Meeting, which saw participation from national dignitaries and realtors from across eastern India.
Addressing the gathering, GRA President Gaurav Agarwal said the summit marked an important step towards building a collaborative and progressive real estate future for Assam and the Northeast.
