The experience, available from 7 pm to 11 pm, will include beverage pairings.

The rooftop venue Skye will host “Under the Stars”, an open-air dinner featuring a five-course contemporary menu.

Designed for couples seeking a scenic and quieter ambience, the evening will include sparkling wine and panoramic views of the city skyline.

The Square, the hotel’s all-day dining restaurant, will offer a special Valentine’s Day buffet with an array of international dishes, live counters and themed desserts, creating a more vibrant and social dining atmosphere.

Malt, the hotel’s lounge venue, will host “Crimson Nights”, a late-evening experience featuring unlimited red wine and a curated selection of appetisers, catering to guests who prefer a relaxed setting to conclude the evening.

Vineet Kumar Mishra, general manager of Novotel Guwahati, said Valentine’s Day holds different meanings for different people, and the aim is to provide varied experiences that allow guests to celebrate in their own way.

The hotel stated that the initiative reflects its approach of offering customised experiences rather than a single-format celebration.

Reservations for the Valentine’s Day events are currently open, the hotel added.
