GUWAHATI, Jan 11: Topcem Cement rolled out the ‘SDC Dhamaal Offer’ for its customers buying its premium SDC Cement for a 3-month long period between January 1 to March 31 next. The incentives include an assured gift on the purchase of 75 nos. (50 kg) bags of Topcem SDC Cement and a lucky draw to win two – a wheeler, air-conditioners (AC), and mixer grinders.
