GUWAHATI, Apr 7: Topcem Rongali Bihu Celebration 2023 started on April 7, with the first activity being organized in Seneh and featuring the distribution of gifts, bihu delicacies, etc. Similar activities will also be organized at Amar Ghor, Ganasarathi Old Age Home, Kalyani Niwas Children Home, Ashadeep, Assam Shishu Kalyan Sadan, Maa Kamakhya Old Age Home, Rishi Hazarika Home for Children and Shishu Sarothi across the districts of Kamrup (M) and Kamrup spread over 4 days.
Flagging on the event on Friday, Dr. Anil Kapur, President, Sales & Marketing, Meghalaya Cements Ltd said, “As the auspicious occasion of Bihu approaches us, I extend warm greetings and heartfelt wishes to you and your family. Topcem has a tradition of doing activities to develop the challenged people from various strata of society. Topcem has been doing this bihu activity since 2010 and will continue to do it.”
