Samsung unveils Odyssey Neo G9 Monitor

GUWAHATI, Aug 24: Samsung, India’s leading electronics brand, has introduced the Odyssey Neo G9 Monitor, featuring the world’s first Dual UHD display and Quantum Matrix Technology to elevate picture quality. The Odyssey Neo G9, the latest addition to the Odyssey series, promises gamers an immersive experience with unmatched detail and an expansive field of view. This cutting-edge monitor boasts a 7680×2160 resolution and a unique 32:9 aspect ratio, all within a single screen. The 1000R curved 57-inch screen employs quantum mini LED technology, adhering to the VESA Display HDR 1000 specification, ensuring superior imaging across various gaming environments, from shadowy corners to vibrant scenes. The Matte Display minimizes screen reflections, reducing distractions during intense gaming sessions. Notably, the monitor supports DisplayPort 2.1, which facilitates data transfer approximately twice as fast as the previous DisplayPort 1.4 standard. Moreover, DisplayPort 2.1 enables lossless industry-standard Display Stream Compression (DSC), ensuring distortion-free data transmission. Gamers will appreciate the impressive 240Hz refresh rate, ensuring they don’t miss a beat in fast-paced gameplay.
