New Delhi, May 8: The Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) declared the final results of the Indian Forest Service Examination, 2023 on Wednesday. The examination was conducted from November 26 to December 3, 2023, followed by Personality Test interviews from April 22 to May 1, 2024.
A total of 147 candidates have been recommended for appointment to various posts in the Indian Forest Service. The selected candidates include 43 from the General category, 20 from EWS, 51 from OBC, 22 from SC, and 11 from ST.
Due to the lack of candidates, three vacancies for PwBD (02 PwBD-1 and 01 PwBD-3) will be filled in the next recruitment year.
The appointments will be made by the Government based on the availability of vacancies and the candidates’ fulfillment of all eligibility conditions and verification requirements. The candidature of 51 candidates, whose roll numbers follow, is provisional.
