Photography Club observes World Photography Day in Kohima

GUWAHATI, Aug 19: Photography Club Kohima observed the 3rd Edition of World Photography Day on Saturday, by organising a photo exhibition cum competition at Kohima. A total of 27 participants competed under three categories namely, wedding, school and shawl category.
In the wedding category, Kezevituo Viswentso, was declared as the winner while Apen Quing won the second prize and Tosapautok Phom won the third prize. In the school category, Edin Chungdok was declared as the winner followed by Thujosayi Rhakho in the second position and Aowati Aier in the third position. While in the Shawl category, Neiretuonuo Miasalhou bagged the first position, while, Tshetsholo Naro and Visiesotuo Meyase won the second and third position respectively. Meanwhile, Neiretuonuo Miasalhou, winner of the Shawl category, while speaking to Akashvani News Kohima, said she would like to encourage the aspiring photographers.
