Biswanath administration felicitates Wushu players

BISWANATH CHARIALI, July 29: The Wushu players from Biswanath district who brought laurels to Biswanath district by winning 31 medals in the recently concluded Assam Youth Olympic -2022 were felicitated by Biswanath district administration on Friday. The coach of Biswanath district Wushu Association Padma Zairo, team manager Lohit Patar along with 18 players met the deputy commissioner at his office today. The Biswanath Wushu team managed to win 31 medals including 9 Gold, 11 Silver and 11 Bronze in total. Biswanath DC Munindra Nath Nagatey felicitated the players along with coach and team manager. It was attended by Biswajit Saikia, ADC and DIPRO (in charge) beside guardians and others.
