DHUBRI, April 8: The Dhubri Bholanath College (Autonomous) celebrated Students’ Day organised by the college’s Internal Quality Assurance Cell (IQAC) in collaboration with the Assamese Department, to honor the memory of student leader Upendranath Brahma, with a day-long program held at the college auditorium on Tuesday.
The highlight of the program was a seminar featuring Dr. Dhuba Chakraborty, retired Principal of Dhubri Bholanath College (Autonomous), as the keynote speaker.
Chakraborty addressed the gathering, urging students to strive for a disciplined and healthy lifestyle, emphasizing the importance of contributing to the development of a modern India.
The seminar was followed by a discussion meeting that saw the participation of Upendrajit Sharma, Head of the Assamese Department, along with various professors and students of the college. The attendees engaged in meaningful discussions on the role of students in society and their responsibility towards shaping the future of the nation.
