Deputy Commissioner C R Khampa, addressing the gathering, said the Sampoornata Abhiyan was a targeted three-month campaign—from July to September 2024—designed to saturate six key performance indicators (KPIs) across 112 Aspirational Districts and 500 Aspirational Blocks nationwide.

He informed that during the campaign, four KPIs under the Namsai Aspirational District Programme (ADP) and three KPIs under the Chongkham Aspirational Block Programme (ABP) were successfully saturated.

Acknowledging the coordinated efforts of frontline workers and departments such as Health, Women and Child Development, Agriculture, Power, and Education, the Deputy Commissioner stated that the ceremony was organised to recognise their tireless service.
