APSC member reviews preparations for CCE preliminary examination in Biswanath

BISWANATH CHARIALI, June 27: A review meeting to assess preparedness for the upcoming Combined Competitive Examination (Preliminary) conducted by the Assam Public Service Commission (APSC) was held at the new Circuit House in Biswanath on Saturday.

The meeting was attended by APSC member Pabitra Ram Khaund, IAS (Retd), who reviewed the arrangements being made for the smooth and fair conduct of the examination.

Senior district officials present at the meeting included Senior Superintendent of Police Ajagwran Basumatary, Additional Deputy Commissioner (Education)-cum-Co-District Commissioner, Behali, Kabita Kakati Konwar, Additional Deputy Commissioner Ashim Borgohain, Additional Superintendent of Police Devarshi Choudhary, Assistant Commissioners Krishnaprita Barua, Dikshit Das and Monjushree Bora, along with other senior administrative officers.

The meeting held detailed deliberations on security arrangements, precautionary measures, logistics and other allied services required to ensure the smooth conduct of the CCE (Preliminary) examination.

Officials reviewed the preparedness of various departments and discussed coordination mechanisms to ensure that all necessary arrangements are in place before the examination.
