Digboi Battalion provides sports items to St Xavier’s School, Tinsukia

GUWAHATI, Oct 13: Digboi Battalion of Red Shield Division under the aegis of Spear Corps provided sports items under ‘Op SADBHAVNA’ to St. Xavier’s School, Tinsukia, Assam on Wednesday. The sports item was provided with the aim of improving sports infrastructure and developing interest of students towards sports.
The ceremony was witnessed by 40 staff members, 25 parents and 700 students of the school. Sports items including football, volleyball and sports kit were provided, stated a press release.
