New Educational Projects Released In Sivasagar

SIVASAGAR, Oct 19: 
Adviser to the Education department, Dr Nani Gopal Mahanta released two educational projects in Sukapha Bhawan, Sivasagar in presence of Sivasagar deputy commissioner Aditya Vikram Yadav, ADC Subhom Gowala, and a host of principals of colleges and higher secondary schools on Wednesday.

The new projects are ‘Bidyajyoi’ and ‘Moitri ek gyan yatra’. Dr Mahanta briefed the gathering about the overall scheme and how the new projects will help in developing the educational environment in the state.
Dr Mahanta stressed on the need to develop science and commerce streams in all educational institutions to help in the career of aspiring students.
He also said, “Developing a student as a responsible citizen is equally important as developing his or her educational career and hence all the stakeholders of the education sector must work in tandem to build the nation’s future.”

Sivasagar DC Aditya Vikram Yadav in his speech said, “All the education-related schemes and projects will be implemented in earnest in Sivasagar district so that students can compete confidently with the rest of the students in the country.”

Kamaljyoti Gogoi, IS, Sivasagar said that the department has been trying to improve the academic atmosphere in the district and also has been rewarded in this regard by the state government.
