Itanagar Capital Administration expresses gratitude for successful conduct of PM’s visit

ITANAGAR, Sept 23: The visit of Prime Minister Narendra Modi to Indira Gandhi Park, Itanagar, on September 22 was conducted smoothly and successfully in a dignified manner, marking a historic and proud moment for Arunachal Pradesh.

The event was made possible through the collective efforts of various departments, agencies and officials working tirelessly in close coordination.

On behalf of the Chief Secretary, Capital Region Deputy Commissioner Toko Babu conveyed deep gratitude to the Principal Secretary, DGP, Commissioners, Secretaries, and Heads of Departments of the State Government for their guidance, support, and constant monitoring, which ensured the flawless conduct of the programme.

He said that the grand success of the high-profile event was a proud and historic moment for the people of the Capital Region and the State as a whole.

The District Administration of ICR also conveyed special thanks to Papum Pare Deputy Commissioner Vishaka Yadav, IAS, and Superintendent of Police Taru Gusar, IPS, along with other officers, for their proactive support and valuable contribution to the smooth organisation of the Prime Minister’s programme.

The Deputy Commissioner also extended special thanks to Administrative Officers, staff, and the State Police led by DGP Anand Mohan, IPS, along with Special Executive Magistrates, Executive Magistrates, security agencies, Fire and Safety personnel, PWD, CD-A and CD-B, Highway, Power, PHED, Forest, Protocol, Tax, Excise, Narcotics and GST Department, DMO and Health Officials, NIC State and District Units, BSNL, Doordarshan Kendra, officers and officials of the Capital Administration, programme compere, and the event management team and staff members who contributed directly or indirectly to the successful conduct of the event.

The District Administration stated that the Prime Minister’s visit was a proud moment for the people of Arunachal Pradesh, and its successful conduct reflected the spirit of unity, professionalism, and cooperation among all stakeholders.
