Guwahati, May 22: A violent altercation in Guwahati’s Jayanagar locality resulted in injuries to two youths, according to reports on Wednesday. The incident occurred between the owners of Anjani Mobile Store and S&F Gym.
Sources indicate that the dispute originated over the removal of trash and quickly escalated into a physical confrontation. Bitu Poddar and Alok Poddar, the owners of the mobile store, were attacked with sharp weapons by Hiranya Kalita and Hemen Kalita, the proprietors of the gym.
