HAMREN, Feb 4: West Karbi Anglong District Committee (WKADC) BJP executive committee meeting was held on Saturday at Kheroni auditorium, which was attended by chief executive member (CEM) of Karbi Anglong Autonomous Council (KAAC), Tuliram Ronghang; MLA Rupsing Teron, executive member (EM), KAAC and Member of Autonomous Council to discuss on the preparation of forthcoming Lok Sabha election – 2024.
In the meeting CEM urged party workers to start preparing for the forthcoming Lok Sabha election so that the BJP emerges victorious.
“Lok Sabha election is not far away and party workers should start preparing for the election. The winning percentage should be better compared to the previous election,” the CEM said.
The BJP ruled KAAC including state and Central governments have taken up a series of development schemes for the people and party workers should tell the public about it, the CEM said further.
The meeting was chaired by district president, Rudip Ronghang and members of Mandal, Block and booth level committees.
