District level meeting for smooth conduct of CC(P) exam held

NAGAON, March 6: A district level preparatory meeting was held at the conference hall of the district commissioner’s office on Wednesday in relation to the smooth, free and fair conduct of the upcoming Combined Competitive (Preliminary) Examination, 2023 under APSC.

The meeting was chaired by additional district commissioner (Personnel) Phyllis V L H Hrangchal. During the meeting, various issues related to the conduct of the examination were discussed. The CCE(P)-2023 examination has been scheduled to be held on March 18 and the meeting reviewed the security arrangements, venue preparations, and manpower derailment among others.

Over 2887 candidates are scheduled to appear for the CCE(P) 2023 examination in five  designated centres of Nagaon district.

The meeting that was convened as per directions of the Assam Public Service Commission, was attended by circle officer of Nagaon Sadar, assistant commissioners, joint director of Nagaon health services district information and public relations officer, head of institutions concerned and venue supervisors of CCE(P) 2023 of Nagaon, representatives from the police department, head post office, Nagaon, APDCL Nagaon and other officials.
