Despite continuous appeals by Phulmoti Dalu Das, Kamal Das’s wife, and the family members of Amarjyoti Das to the Uttarakhand government and the company authorities, no concrete information has been provided to them regarding the missing youths. The families have expressed their distress and disappointment at the lack of response from both parties.

Phulmoti Dalu Das recently approached the district information and public relations officer in Nagaon, urging them to convey the families’ concerns to the state government. She emphasised the need for the government to take active steps to provide detailed information about the missing individuals or to confirm their fate, even if it means confirming their unfortunate demise.
