The projects include the improvement of the road from Satgaon PWD road near Don Bosco School to Mugasong, covering a stretch of 3.950 km, and another from Satgaon 2 to Khanajan via Mouzader Gaon (TD road to SRH road), with a length of 1.210 km.

Both projects are being implemented under the MMUPPNA RIDF-XXX of NABARD for the financial year 2024–25 under Package No: MMUPPNA RIDF-XXX-24-25-157.

Addressing a brief function on the occasion, MLA Rupsing Teron said the initiative reflects a commitment to development, particularly in areas prone to flooding and erosion.

He noted that the Don Bosco School to Mugasong road has faced repeated damage due to floods, and its improvement would provide a major boost to local small businesses.
