Four persons hospitalised in Kokrajhar district

KOKRAJHAR, May 18: Four persons have been hospitalised after consuming wild mushrooms at Monakocha village under Fakiragram police station in Kokrajhar district.

The incident took place at Monakocha village on Tuesday night.

They had pain in their stomach and were vomiting continuously after consuming the mushrooms for their dinner.

They were immediately rushed to the Rup Nath Brahma Civil Hospital, Kokrajhar and are undergoing treatment at the hospital.

The admitted persons are Dajen Roy, Alongbar Brahma, Sonathi Brahma and Bhanu Brahma.
