Bokajan, Sept.12: The police recovered heroin and 93 capsules of Sampex Plus from a house at Bokajan in Assam’s Karbi Anglong district.

According to Diphu additional superintendent of police, a police team, on a tip off, raided the rented house of Kala Sema alias Ijajul Haque at Bokajan’s Terang Parking area at about 6 pm on Monday and recovered the illegal contrabands. The heroin was hidden in a plastic soap box and five tobacco containers.
The 22 year old accused is the son of Md Hobibur Haque and hails from Dhubaguri Suma Gaonin Nagaon district.
A case has been filed against the accused under various sections of the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985.
