NFR to operate additional Holi Special Trains

GUWAHATI, March 8: NF Railway is going to operate 13 pairs of special trains to meet the increased passenger demand during the festive season of Holi.

 Previously, details of 8 pairs of special trains were announced, running on routes such as Narangi – Gorakhpur Jn – Narangi, Katihar – Amritsar – Katihar, Kamakhya – Anand Vihar Terminal – Kamakhya, Dibrugarh – New Jalpaiguri – Dibrugarh, New Jalpaiguri – Howrah – New Jalpaiguri and Anand Vihar Terminal – Jogbani – Anand Vihar Terminal.

 Additionally, 5 more pairs of special trains would be introduced on the Mumbai Central – Katihar – Mumbai Central, Sealdah – New Jalpaiguri – Sealdah, Cherlapalli – Naharlagun – Cherlapalli, Udaipur City – Forbesganj – Udaipur City and Tata – Katihar – Tata routes.

  • Special train no 09189 (Mumbai Central – Katihar) would depart on every Saturday from March 8 to 29. Similarly, special train no 09190 (Katihar – Mumbai Central) would depart on every Tuesday from March 11 to April 1.
  • Special train no 03105 (Sealdah – New Jalpaiguri) would depart on Sunday & Tuesday on March 16 and 18, 2025. Similarly, special train no 03106 (New Jalpaiguri – Sealdah) would depart on every Monday & Wednesday on March 17 and 19.
  • Special train no 07046 (Cherlapalli– Naharlagun) would depart on Saturday on March 8. Similarly, special train no 07047 (Naharlagun – Cherlapalli) would depart on Tuesday on March 11.
  • Special train no 09623 (Udaipur City – Forbesganj) would depart on Tuesday March 11 and 18. Similarly, special train no 09624 (Forbesganj– Udaipur City) would depart on Thursday on March 13 and 20.
  • Special train no 08181 (Tata – Katihar) would depart on Wednesday on March 12. Similarly, special train no 08182 (Katihar – Tata) would depart on Thursday on March 13.
