DIPHU, June 10: The Agriculture Department in Karbi Anglong will hold special PM Kisan Samman Nidhi camps from June 12 to 19 under various Agriculture Development Office (ADO) circles. PM Kisan Samman Nidhi is a 100 percent centrally funded scheme through which farmers get a minimum income support of Rs 6,000 in a year.
The decision to hold the special camps on PM Kisan Samman Nidhi was taken by the District Level Standing Committee. During the camps, the beneficiaries can complete the process of E-KYC through the PM Kisan website, linking their Aadhar card number with their bank account, and approving the Direct Benefit Transfer (DBT) through the bank.
The beneficiaries have to take along their Aadhar Card copy, bank passbook (which is linked with earlier instalments), and mobile phone linked with their Aadhar Card number. The camps will be held from 10 am to 4 pm each day. On June 12, the camps will be held at Balipathar, Hawraghat Block Office, Parokhowa, Dolamara, Dokmoka, and Teteliguri.
On June 13, the camps will be held at Borlangpher, Sarihajan, Loringthepi Town Committee Office, Dengaon, Kohora, Langhin, Rajapathar Tiniali, and Merabheti.
On June 14, the camps will be held at Manja, Deopani, Hawraghat Block Office, Langhin, Bagori, Dengaon, Tarabasa Seed Farm, and Rongbonghat.
On June 15, the camps will be held at Dhansari, Khakhati, Howraghat Centre IB, Okereng, Kat-Teron, Parokhowa, and Tikokangso LP School.
On June 16, the camps will be held at Longnit, Dillai, Hawraghat Block Office, Phuloni, Lang-khang, Dhentaghat, Phonglokpet, and Koilamati.
On June 17, the camps will be held at Langsoliet, Bokajan, Gojalipar, Dokmoka, Bilijuri, Samelangso, and Silonijan.
On June 18, the camps will be held at Diphu Birla, Silonijan, Sammuguri Bazar, Dengaon, Parkup-Pahar, Dokmoka, and Borneria.
On June 19, the camps will be held at Disobai, Hawraghat Block Office, Tarabasa, Langhin, and Upper Deihori.
