DEMOW, Sept 14: A truck tire fell into a drain near NH-37 Road in Thowra Doul near Demow on Wednesday night. According to sources, the truck with registration number AS 01 BC 4986 was loaded with wood and was en route from Tinsukia to Jorhat. It is suspected that the tire incident occurred due to overloading. Demow Police responded to the scene and moved the truck to the Demow Police Station on Thursday morning.
