Against the backdrop of a light drizzle that added a touch of thrill, participants embarked on a captivating journey that tested their intellect and teamwork. Navigating the city’s core, they decoded clues, embraced challenges, and showcased their quick-wittedness. “The turnout of 70 participating cars surpassed our expectations,” remarked Nitesh Todi, chair – Yi Guwahati. “The Yi Guwahati Amazing Race has truly evolved into a symbol of spirited competition and community engagement.”

Before the race began, as part of their accessibility initiative, Yi Guwahati presented a laptop to Krishna Das, a visually impaired MA student at Gauhati University. The laptop is intended to support Krishna in his exam preparations and job interviews, showcasing the chapter’s dedication to inclusivity and empowerment for individuals with visual impairments.

The treasure hunt concluded with a victory for Arvind Choudhury, Sashank Agarwala, Ashish Khakholia, and Archana Agarwal. As the triumphant participants stood tall, the event reverberated with camaraderie and achievement.
