Guwahati, Mar 22: A police vehicle reportedly crashed into two motorcyclists near the Ganeshguri Flyover in Guwahati late on Friday night, leaving both riders injured.
According to sources, the two young men had stopped their scooter under the flyover for a meal when the police vehicle, approaching from the opposite direction, hit them. The impact of the crash left both of them injured.

Eyewitnesses claim that instead of stopping to help, the police vehicle fled the scene and was last seen heading toward the MLA quarters.
Following the accident, the injured youths lodged an FIR at Dispur Police Station, demanding action against those responsible.
Authorities have yet to comment on the alleged hit-and-run incident, and an investigation is expected to follow.
