UPPL gains momentum with grand mass gathering in Fakiragram

KOKRAJHAR, Nov 26: The United People’s Party Liberal (UPPL)
showcased its growing momentum with a grand mass gathering at
Fakiragram Public High School playground in Kokrajhar district. More
than 3000 people, representing diverse communities, parties,
including BPF, Congress, and AIUDF, joined the UPPL during the
event.
The UPPL, which came to power in the Bodoland Territorial Region in
2020, has been actively working towards the upliftment and overall
development of the citizens in the region. The newly joined members
received a warm welcome and felicitation from senior party leaders.
CEM Pramod Boro, the Chief Executive Member of Bodoland
Territorial Region and UPPL president, addressed the gathering,
expressing gratitude for the overwhelming support from various
communities and parties. He emphasized that the people of
Bodoland recognize UPPL as a guarantor of peace and a catalyst for
holistic development. The massive turnout at Fakiragram block is
seen as a positive response from the common masses.
CEM Boro reiterated the UPPL’s commitment to the all-round
development of the society in Bodoland and highlighted the various
missions and visions launched by the party for sustainable
development. He urged the newly joined members to work
dedicatedly to ensure peace, progress, and widespread development
in the Bodoland region. The event marked another milestone in the

UPPL’s efforts to strengthen its base and garner support ahead of the
upcoming elections.
