The CM accused Gaurav Gogoi of protesting during the Bharat Nyay Jodo Yatra with Rahul Gandhi at the same time as the Pran Pratishtha Ceremony of the Ram Mandir.

Sarma questioned why Gaurav Gogoi and Akhil Gogoi did not show the same reverence to the Ram Mandir as they did to Eid-ul-Fitr.

He also noted that Gaurav Gogoi had not yet visited the Ram Mandir, and he urged him to extend the same respect to it as he does to Eid-ul-Fitr.
