GUWAHATI, March 9: Shree Hanuman Janamotsav Trust recently at Sanganeri Dharamshala at Fancy Bazar under the chairmanship Loknath Mour announced its new committee to celebrate Shree Hanuman Janamotsav this year.
Shailendra Sharma unanimously has been elected as president, Nawal Kishor Mour as general secretary, and Kishan Lohia as treasurer. This new team is gearing up to host the vibrant Shree Hanuman Janamotsav celebration on April 12 which promised to be an exciting celebration.
The event would showcase one of Assam’s and Northeast’s oldest Hanuman temples situated at Galla patty, Fancy bazar, Guwahati highlighting the rich cultural heritage of the region. Shree Hanuman Janamotsav is a significant festival in the Hindu calendar, celebrating the birth of Lord Hanuman, the devoted follower of Lord Rama.
