Blood donation camp held at Kampur on Chief Minister’s birthday

NAGAON, Feb 1: A blood donation camp was organised at Kampur on the occasion of Chief Minister Dr Himanta Biswa Sarma’s 57th birthday on Sunday.

The event was jointly organised by the Rewati Mohan Borthakur Foundation and the Nagaon Bhogeswari Phukanani Civil Hospital Blood Bank. Around 50 youths participated in the camp, donating blood to help those in need. Certificates were presented to the donors by hospital authorities at the conclusion of the event.

Bibhuti Bhushan Borthakur, organiser of the Foundation, expressed his gratitude to the Blood Bank team and the youth who came from various panchayats in Kampur to participate, making the camp a success.
