NAGAON, Jan 24: The 32nd Annual Session of the All Assam Treasury Employees Association will be held at the Nagaon District Library Auditorium from February 9, 2024, with two days of programs.
As per the schedule, Ananta Gogoi, CEO of Nagaon Zilla Parishad, will inaugurate the representatives’ meet at 4 pm on February 9, followed by an interactive program among the participants.

On the second day, the program will commence with a cleanliness drive and a special plantation drive. Sarit Sengupta, the president of the association, will unfurl the organisation’s flag. During the morning session, a special felicitation program will be held to honour retired employees of the Nagaon Treasury office.
The open session of the program will be attended by Health minister Keshab Mahanta as the chief guest, with local MLA Rupak Sarma as the guest of honour. Nani Gopal Mahanta, retired finance advisor to the Government of Assam, and Madhav Malakar, director of the Directorate of Audit and Treasury, Government of Assam, will be present as invitees. The session will conclude with a cultural extravaganza in the evening, as per a release this afternoon.
