AJYCP submits memorandum to CM

JAGIROAD, Oct 28: The Asom Jatiyatabadi Yuba Chatra Parishad (AJYCP), Jagibhakatgaon unit under the Morigaon District Committee, held a protest rally on Monday and submitted a memorandum to the chief minister through the Mayang revenue circle officer, demanding the retention of Bhuragaon and Mikirbheta Revenue Circles. The union stated that the Assam government’s notification regarding the deletion of the two revenue circles would cause immense hardship to the local population. Jishnu Pratim Bardoli, president, and Dulu Deka, acting general secretary of the Jagibhakatgaon unit of AJYCP, signed the memorandum.
