Assam: ULFA-I pro-talk faction hold meeting at Kaziranga

Kaziranga, Oct 25: The pro-talk faction of the banned militant outfit United Liberation Front of Asom-Independent (ULFA-I) on October 25 at the JB Resort in Kohora area of Assam’s Kaziranga.

The meeting saw the presence of a delegation from the ULFA pro-talk faction with chairman Arabinda Rajkhowa and Anup Chetia leading the discussions.

Meanwhile, the pro-talks faction also held a press conference at 4:30 pm aiming to provide insights to the media regarding their discussions.

During the meeting, the ULFA-I pro talk faction presented a total of 11 demands with positive outcomes expected by the group as Interlocutor AK Mishra played a pivotal role in the deliberations.
