BOKAJAN: The police in Karbi Anglong seized 625.74 grams of heroin at Gautam Basti under Khatkhati police station.

Acting on secret information, the police in Karbi Anglong set up a naka at Gautam Basti and intercepted one Chevrolet car vehicle bearing registration no AS 02 G 4447 around 10 am on Thursday morning.

In this connection, one person identified as Bhadra Duhotiya (32), resident of Village No 1 Horu Mesai, under Kakapathar police station, Tinsukia district was arrested.
