Hindi Pakhwada organised in AAI’s Northeastern Regional Headquarters, Guwahati

GUWAHATI, Sept 19: In the midst of Hindi Pakhwada- 2023, organised by the Airports Authority of India (AAI), Regional Headquarters, Northeastern Region, Guwahati, an engaging Hindi Quiz competition was conducted on Tuesday. The event was chaired by the esteemed regional executive director, and it saw active participation from all department heads and section heads. The competition proved to be highly successful and meaningful, with enthusiastic engagement from all participants.

In this competitive quiz, Bharat Bhushan, deputy general manager (Security) secured the first position, followed by Deepak Chandra Pal, manager (Legal) in the second position. Shrimati Vandana Sahu, assistant general manager (Aviation Services), clinched the third position, and AK Sharma, general manager (Engineering – Civil), received an appreciation award. All the winners will be honoured with awards during the closing ceremony of the Hindi Fortnight, scheduled for September 29, 2023.

Sanmukh Jugani, the regional executive director, graced the event with his presence, elevating the stature of the competition as the chief guest. His presence added to the significance of the occasion, making it even more memorable.

Hindi Pakhwada continues to be celebrated with enthusiasm and fervour at AAI’s Northeastern Regional Headquarters, Guwahati, reflecting the organisation’s commitment to promoting the Hindi language and fostering its use among employees.
