Public meeting of Demow College former students organised

DEMOW, Aug 12: A public meeting of Demow College former students was organised recently, in the college auditorium under the patronage of the Former Students Samaroh Organising Committee. The meeting was presided over by Pranab Chetia, president of the Former Students Samaroh Organising Committee of Demow College.

Chatradhar Gogoi, chief secretary of the organising committee, discussed the aims of the meeting, while Pabitra Gogoi, vice-principal of Demow College, delivered the welcome speech. Prasantajit Chetia, working president of the organising committee, presented the proposals and outlines. 

Former professors and students also spoke during the meeting. Several proposals were adopted during the session.
