NAGAON, July 14: The Rural Development and Self Employment Training Institute in Nagaon recently conducted a 13-day training program on jute products for rural women entrepreneurs at its district office in Nagaon Itachali. The program, which commenced on Wednesday, was inaugurated by Paban Kumar Bordoloi, the block project manager of Khagarijan Development Block.
More than 30 rural women entrepreneurs from various blocks in the district actively participated in the training program. The program aimed to enhance their skills and knowledge in producing jute products. An official release stated that the training program would conclude with a valediction session on July 24. During this session, the institute will distribute certificates and other recognition documents to the participants. These documents will enable the participants to access loans from investment agencies such as banks, facilitating the establishment of their respective businesses.
