Traffic police takes measures to control traffic snarls in Diphu

DIPHU, April 23: The SP of Karbi Anglong said that with strong rooms being set-up at the Inter-State Bus Terminus (ISBT) at 5th Miles Diphu-Manja Road, traffic will be diverted.

To avoid traffic snarls in front of ISBT, traffic will be diverted for the next 48 hour from 5 pm of April 24 to 5 pm of April 26.

All vehicles from Diphu going to Dillai, Bokajan, Dimapur and Silonijan will have to take the Birla-Hapjan road with right diversion from in front of Diphu Presbyterian Church. Likewise, vehicles from Manja coming to Diphu will have to take Rongplimplan via Hapjan- Birla road or another route i.e. Manja via Disama- Taralangso road.
