GUWAHATI, April 23: The Dharampal Satyapal (DS) Group, one of India’s leading FMCG conglomerates, has surpassed ₹10,000 crore in revenue for the financial year 2024–25, according to an official statement released by the company. With this milestone, DS Group enters the league of the top 15 FMCG companies in India.
The landmark achievement was primarily driven by the Group’s Food and Beverage (F&B) division, which contributed 42% to the total revenue. The Mouth Fresheners segment followed closely with a 38% contribution, while Hospitality accounted for 3%. Other businesses, including tobacco, comprised less than 10%.
The company reported a compound annual growth rate (CAGR) of 16% over the past three years, attributed largely to organic growth. The F&B division alone demonstrated a CAGR of 19% during the same period.
Rajiv Kumar, Vice Chairman of DS Group, described the revenue milestone as a significant step in the company’s journey. “Surpassing the ₹10,000 crore revenue milestone is more than just a financial achievement; it signifies our integral role as a significant contributor to India’s evolving growth story,” he said.
The Group credited its success to a strong understanding of consumer preferences, extensive distribution capabilities, and a focus on innovation. With over 150 super stockists and more than 5,000 distributors, DS Group claims to reach over 15 lakh retail outlets directly and an additional 35 lakh indirectly across the country.
DS Group’s Catch brand continues to lead the F&B market with innovations such as low-temperature and cryogenic grinding technologies, and the introduction of India’s first sprinkler salt and pepper products. Its beverage portfolio includes natural spring water sourced from the Himalayas, flavored waters, carbonated drinks, and juices.
In confectionery, the Group has made significant strides with brands like Pass Pass, Silver Pearls, and Pulse — the latter maintaining a leadership position in the hard-boiled candy segment for nine consecutive years. The recent launch of Pulse Golmol, a tamarind-flavored soft chew, highlights its continued focus on consumer-driven innovation.
The Group also has a presence in dairy through its Ksheer brand and premium D2C label Ovino. In the Mouth Fresheners segment, Rajnigandha remains the category leader.
In hospitality, DS Group operates six properties, including Namah Nainital and Namah Jim Corbett under the Radisson Individuals brand. The company has earmarked ₹1,000 crore to expand its hotel portfolio to 10–12 properties in the next three years.
Looking ahead, the company aims to double its revenue to ₹20,000 crore by its centenary year, with a focus on sustainability, AI, automation, and global market expansion.
The DS Group’s broader portfolio also includes luxury retail, agriculture, and other diversified investments, alongside a strong emphasis on ESG practices, water neutrality, and green manufacturing.
The statement underlined the Group’s intent to “create what is worth creating,” reflecting its commitment to innovation, consumer satisfaction, and sustainable growth.
