CBSE warns students to be aware from fake social media profiles ahead of board exams

New Delhi, Feb 12: The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) has initiated actions to tackle the issue of fake social media profiles misrepresenting the board on platform X.

CBSE has identified and made public about 30 Twitter handles that were impersonating the Board. The board has clarified that ‘@cbseindia29’ is the only official Twitter handle for platform X.

In a recent notification, the CBSE stated, ‘The following handles have been found using the name and/or logo of CBSE, intending to mislead the general public on platform X.’

Here are some of fake CBSE ‘X’ handles among several imposters:
