ISPL 2022: Garo Hills Beat Chakma 5-2

KOKRAJHAR, Oct 10:  Garo Hills Autonomous District Council (GHADC) defeated Chakma Autonomous District Council (CADC) 5-2 goals in the inter sixth scheduled premier league (ISPL) 2022 being played at Bijni district sports association playground of Chirang district on Monday.

For Garo Hills, Dinath D Marak netted the first goal in the 4th minute of the first half against Chakma. Again, Brainsbirth G Momin scored three goals in the 18th, 56th, 59th minute and Soldis G Momin scored another goal in the 62nd minute against the Chakma.

For Chakma, Sambal Chakma and Dinomoi Chakma scored one each goal in the 14th and 56th minute against the Garo Hills and yet lost to Garo Hills Autonomous District Council in 5-2.

In Dimakuchi mini stadium playground, the match between Mara Autonomous District Council vs Tripura Tribal Areas Autonomous District Council drew 1-1 goal.

HC Biakropuia of Mara netted the first goal against Tripura. Boyar Jamatia of Tripura equalised the match scoring a goal against the Mara team.

In District Sports complex Bathoupuri, Mushalpur, Dima Hasao Autonomous Council beat Karbi Anglong Autonomous Council in 2-1 goals.

Harbama Timung of Karbi Anglong scored a lone goal  36 against Dima Hasao in the first half with lead 1-0.

Saikah Haokip and Baorindao Bodo have scored one each goal against the Karbi Anglong in 38th and 41th minutes respectively.

The first ever ISPL 2022 is being organised by Bodoland Territorial Region (BTR) government.

The championship team would be awarded trophy and cash Rs 3 lakh, runners up team trophy and cash Rs 2 lakh and third place holder team would be awarded trophy and cash Rs 1 lakh respectively.
