CEM of BTR Pramod Boro attends PM Modi’s nomination filing in Varanasi

KOKRAJHAR, May 14: With the blessings of Baba Vishwanath Prime Minister of India, Narendra Modi filed his nomination for the Lok Sabha elections from the Varanasi Lok Sabha constituency on Tuesday amidst presence of huge leaders of BJP and NDA alliance partners.

Chief minister, Himanta Biswa Sarma, the chief executive member (CEM) of Bodoland Territorial Region and UPPL president, Pramod Boro, cabinet minister and AGP president, Atul Bora accompanied PM Narendra Modi and NDA alliance leaders during the filing of nomination in Varanasi.

People in large numbers thronged the streets in Varanasi when PM Modi went to file his nomination papers.

CEM of Bodoland Territorial Region, Pramod Boro expressed said that the nomination filing by PM Modi was a moment, which signified the trust and confidence of the people, paving the way for a historic  third consecutive term as India’s Prime Minister.

“It was an honour to accompany Adarniya PM Shri Narendra Modi Ji as he filed his nomination for the Lok Sabha Elections 2024 from Varanasi, the sacred city of Baba Vishwanath. The entire National Democratic Alliance stands strong under the leadership of our PM, and there is simply no doubt that the people of Varanasi will bless Modi Ji with an overwhelming mandate for his historic third term as Prime Minister of Bharat”, Boro said adding that the team NDA is headed for a stupendous victory in the Lok Sabha Elections 2024 under the leadership of the PM.

He said that PM Modi has initiated several initiatives for bringing about transformative developments across the country in the last 10 years, including those in the Bodoland Territorial Region.

He said that the people of BTR region could avail permanent peace after signing of the BTR Peace Accord on January 27, 2020.
