SIVASAGAR, May 21: A massive fire broke out at an e-scooty showroom in Jaysagar, Sivasagar, causing extensive damage earlier recently. The incident resulted in the destruction of 26 electric scooters, according to the shop owner, Nekib Ahmed.
Ahmed reported that the blaze erupted suddenly with a loud burst while he was attending to a customer. “I was in the middle of a conversation when the fire started. It all happened very quickly,” he said.

The cause of the fire remains unknown. However, the shop owner expressed dissatisfaction with the emergency response, alleging that the fire tenders arrived too late to contain the damage effectively.
