BISWANATH CHARIALI, Aug 25: In anticipation of the forthcoming panchayat election, the State Election Commission has unveiled draft versions of the electoral rolls, complete with electors’ photographs, for the entire state. The release was conducted online on Friday, with the electoral roll being compiled using January 1, 2023, as the reference year, as announced in a press statement issued by the election officer of Biswanath.
Accessible through the official website, the draft copy of the electoral roll can be viewed at https://ermssec.assam.gov.in. Individuals seeking clarification or corrections can visit the site from August 28 to September 12 of this year. The final version of the electoral roll will be subsequently published.
