Morigaon journalists take stock of health conditions of veterans

MORIGAON, Feb 23: The members of Morigaon District Journalist Association took stock of the health conditions of the founder secretary and former president of the Morigaon District Journalists Association Nabakanta Bardoloi at his residence on Sunday.

The members of the association led by its president Ajit Sharma and the secretary Guljarilal Sarma met the veteran journalist and felicitated him with a traditional gamosa, japi, diary at his residence this morning and wished him good health and long life.

The members of former president of Morigaon District Journalists Association Birinchi Kumar Sharma, former secretary Pranab Kumar Bhattacharya, assistant secretary Jun Farid Yunis, journal secretary Bharat Kumar Nath, senior members of the association Ritumani Mahanta and Pranjal Sharma accompanied the president and the secretary of the association. 

The organization also visited the residence of former Morigaon Municipal Board’s chairman Dilip Kumar Das, who has been lying in bed for a long time. The team of journalists wished him a speedy recovery and long life.
